Holistic Retreat Chef Services / inquire for custom quotes - Food is the meeting place, where nourishment becomes connection. I provide seasonal, tridoshic meals infused with ritual, intention, and ancient Ayurvedic nourishment. I handle everything from planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking - so you can focus on holding space. Each menu is built with digestive balance, healing herbs, and health in mind. Available for local and travel retreats.
COMING SOON…Ayurvedic Workshop Facilitation (90 minutes) - Workshops and intimate teachings on Ayurveda for everyday life - including topics like food as ritual, seasonal balance, dosha awareness, and self-love through daily rhythms (dinacharya). These workshops will be beginner friendly, hands-on, and perfect for retreats, community events, or women's circles. My name is Mia and I’m so grateful that someway, somehow, you arrived here.
I’ve spent a long time trying to feel better in my body, find inner peace and mean it when I say that I unconditionally love and accept myself but truth is - all the supplements, health podcasts, what I eat in day videos and cleanses just took me further and further away from this. After many long nights and dead ends, I’ve found that true healing begins when we make time for silence, participate in community, take accountability, listen inward, and nourish ourselves from the inside out.
After being diagnosed with PMDD it became my goal to understand how the body heals itself when given the right care - not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. This was one of the most difficult and beautiful times in my life but I did what I set out to do. I studied, I listened to my body, I had hard conversations, I forgave and I healed my body naturally. Over the years, this curiosity has led me into my 300-hour yoga teacher training, Ayurveda studies, Breathwork, Sound Healing and my Holy Fire III Reiki certification.
Today, I guide others through integrative healing - combining Ayurvedic-based nourishment, breathwork, energy healing, and embodied movement. I offer these services for private sessions, group gatherings and at retreats. My work is rooted in personalized, sacred self-care for the whole being - body, mind , and soul.
It is my purpose and life’s joy to create space for people to feel nourished, loved, seen, and aligned with their own inner wisdom.
Whether we’re sipping tea in a sisterhood circle, cooking a nourishing meal together, practicing breathwork by the river, or resetting energy in a Reiki session, my intention is always the same: to create space for you to safely return home to yourself.
